Somit Talwar has a strong background in multiple aspects of the travel trade including technology, sales, development, and management. In 2008, he built and commercialized the largest hotel in Baja California. He then developed travel platforms for the distribution of resort inventory which grew to become one of the largest distributors of such inventory in the world. Since the initial resort rental platforms, Somit has continued with expansions and has introduced more travel-related services, and now runs one of the most advanced travel platforms in the world incorporating several proprietary technologies. Somit is dedicated to delivering broad content and the best user experience using technology to our end clients. Somit has a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University and holds over 70 patents in various technical fields.
Chief Operating Officer
With a background from marketing in Oslo, Norway, Eivind Steffensen has been involved with various marketing projects, mainly within the tourism industry in Spain and Europe for more than 30 years. Eivind has been central in the development, networking and operations for Inspira over the past years.
In charge of the design, development and promotion of all the different Inspira brands, the Chief Designer is also responsible for the Design of User Interface of all software developed by Inspira. He ensures that Inspira delivers current, fresh and innovative designs that are also practical and user-friendly. Enrique Partida is a passionate creative and traveler with over 20 years experience in the advertising and design industry. During his career he has worked with companies of various fields in the North America, South America and European region.
VP of Technology
Responsible for obtaining and analyzing information on customer needs, defining scope of the project in delivery times, areas involved and necessary resources, the VP of Technology also supervises the functions and resources of functional, technical and programming analysis. This role is Inspira's visible face in communications with technology providers and is in charge of system integration. Josué Huerta is a system manager with 8+ years experience in software development oriented to telecommunication systems, customer needs analysis, design, custom solutions, development, implementation and operations support. He also has 4+ years experience in analysis and coordination when it comes to the development of custom systems, integration of payment providers and inventory providers.
VP of Supply
Tasked with making impact on Inspira's global product line, this role engages with our partners on both a high-level distributor and consumer levels to ensure members are satisfied with the variety, quality, and diversity of our product offerings. The VP of Supply is heavily engaged in all facets of partner and supplier development ensuring success for all stakeholders involved. Sal Esposito has been responsible for the negotiation of agreements resulting in multi-billions of dollars in revenue throughout his career and has 30+ years experience in leadership roles in the airline, wholesale and OTA areas of the travel industry.
VP of Customer Services
Responsible for global customer service and operations, the VP of Customer Service engages both with partners and end customers to ensure that all Inspira brands and products meet their needs, providing quality customer service at all times. This role is also tasked with managing group bookings and events. Russell Gonzales is a veteran, savvy and energetic online travel agent and travel professional with 20+ years of solid international working experiences in Asia, North America, Africa and Middle East.
Vivian San Mateo
Accountant, International Operations
Responsible for all aspects related to the recording, monitoring, and management of all Inspira accounts, ensuring an effective and efficient operation both within the company and with suppliers and partners. Vivian San Mateo has vast work experience of 20+ years in doing financial and management reports for multinational companies located mostly in Asia. Formerly held Regional Controllership and Department Head functions for companies engaged in the online travel business and aircraft engineering services.
VP of Communications
In charge of communications for the Inspira brands, this role is responsible for communications, digital marketing and PR for the different brands and products. Through different channels and formats, both B2B and B2C, the VP of Communications maintains an open and fluid communication flow with audiences, steakholders and team members. Natalia Baute is a Corporate Communication and Digital Content Specialist with 8+ years experience who believes in the power of good stories to connect with customers, partners and employees. Over the years, she has worked for relevant companies in the leisure, pharmaceutical, and sports industries.

Our journey started back in 2012 in Southern California with a small group of developers and entrepreneurs that shared, above all else, a deeply rooted passion for travel.
We set out to create a Closed User Group travel platform that empowered employee benefits, resort loyalty and wellness incentive programs for many institutions and large corporations worldwide that would ultimately allow people to travel, regardless of each person’s financial situation.
The team grew and so did our presence. The company opened more offices throughout the USA and Latin America. In recent years, we have experienced exponential growth to the point of being present in all continents, providing travel and tech development services worldwide.
